Hi all.
I don't know if this board is appropriate for this topick but since we can edit audio using a computer i put it here.
Anyway in here we can write about funny things we can do with audio.
I don't like usually swaring but i find it funny if you tell to somebody to say for example tish and you record them. If you reverse this audio file of somebody saying tish it will actually sound like shit. So you can make them sound like swaring without noticing that they said it. I think it's funny.
Some others are cuf for fuc, pa tash for shat up etc.
When reversing words like that don't think of the letters but of the sound so what you actually have to do is reverse the word soundwise not the letters.
Any more funny audio?
Post it here.

lol i've known that since i was a kid. Here's something to do with goldwave if you're board. Record yourself talking. Then, put the whole thing in reverse. Now, add a little reverb, and flip it around so it isn't in reverse. Congradulations! You have yourself a psychedelic sounding voice.

Here's a few audiotricks to try. If using goldwave, play an audio file andincrease and decrease the pitch and add some effects. It's real funny. Want to make up a secret language, find an audio file and play it backwards. There you have it, a new language. An example, If you were playing the word hello backwards it would sound like hola.

Hi. I like doing that with goldwave. You can also press f5 I think it is and it'll play the file backwards. I just do that for a laugh. *laughs*
I also like messing with the flanger and doplar effects in goldwave. I recorded a train whistle once and made it sound like it was losing power.

I like that stuff so well. Dang! I wish goldwave is freeware!

I think goldwave is not expensive at all. It is only 40 dollars or something comparing to soundforge and adobbie audition. And goldwave is accessible too. So i think it is very good value. But if you want a free sound editor try audacity http://audacity.sourceforge.net/. I don't know how accessible it is.

Well, audio tricks can bring some excitement to audio games. I used sound forge, and the reverb is cool!

One thing that I used to find funny to do is record a speech, or better yet 2 people arguing. If you leave the pitch of the audio the same but slow down the tempo, the person or people in the recorded conversation now sound really drunk! I did this to a George W. Bush speech last year and it actually sounded more natural than his real voice, especially with the amount of studdering he does.

lol. This sounds funny. And then we could add some of these rotade effects that sound editors have and represent what is going insite their head lol.
